A Space Where Curiosity Replaces Judgment.
Relational therapy for adults seeking long-term support, offered virtually across Tennessee.
Areas I Work With
My goal as a therapist is to truly understand who you are. I welcome every part of you, the parts you appreciate, the parts you struggle with, and the parts you want to change. I work from a place of curiosity rather than judgment, focusing on who you are rather than who you think you should be.
I provide virtual individual therapy for adults across the state of Tennessee.
I specialize in working with active duty service members, veterans, spouses, and military families. As both a military spouse and the child of a career service member, I bring lived understanding to the unique stressors of military life.
This may show up as:
deployments and reintegration
frequent relocations
identity shifts
the emotional weight of carrying responsibility for others
Trauma, Mood Disorders, and Long-Term Healing
Military and Military-Connected Individuals
High-Functioning Perfectionism and Regulation
Many of the individuals I work with are high-achieving, deeply self-aware, and exhausted by the pressure they place on themselves. On the outside, things may look “together,” while internally it feels overwhelming or unsustainable.
This may show up as:
anxiety or chronic stress
burnout
imposter syndrome
emotional overwhelm
difficulty trusting yourself
fear of failure or disappointing others
I support adults navigating trauma histories, mood disorders, and long-standing emotional patterns that impact daily life and relationships. I specialize in long-term, relational therapy for individuals seeking depth rather than quick fixes.
This may show up as:
complex trauma
excessive guilt
low self-worth
depressive or bipolar disorders
difficulty expressing or regulating emotions
